Job description
Role overview
This position calls for a designer who can turn ideas into compelling visual assets that strengthen brand storytelling and audience engagement across digital, print, and marketing touchpoints. The work is carried out in close partnership with multiple internal teams to produce visuals that are both user-focused and aligned with business goals. A strong sense of aesthetics, careful attention to detail, and the ability to deliver polished work within tight timelines are essential.
The role is split roughly 50% static design and 50% motion design, although the balance may change depending on the assigned briefs and team capacity. It is described as a hybrid design function with a primary emphasis on motion graphics, while still requiring the ability to handle static design requests for digital on-screen use or non-magazine print work.
Key responsibilities
You will be expected to create high-quality visual materials for campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring the output meets professional, accessibility, and industry expectations. The role also involves collaborating across marketing, content, product, sales, and events teams to make sure the visuals support the intended message and storytelling direction.
In addition, you will contribute to ideation sessions, help build scalable design systems, and develop reusable templates that improve speed, consistency, and efficiency across different platforms and formats. Ongoing refinement is also part of the job, including reviewing feedback, improving existing assets, maintaining guides and templates, and exploring the use of AI-enabled tools for both concept development and production.
Design scope and working style
This position requires flexibility across a broad range of deliverables, including digital graphics, print pieces, motion assets, and interactive formats. You should be comfortable adapting designs for different media and using established systems to maintain visual consistency while still producing fresh creative work.
The role also expects active participation in collaborative brainstorming, research, and testing so that the final output is functional, engaging, and effective for its intended purpose.
