Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Deputy Manager for its Henry Street store in Dublin. This is a permanent, onsite position with a working pattern of 38.75 hours per week and a salary of up to €36,313.25 per year, depending on experience.

Key duties
- Partner with the Store Manager to guide, encourage, and develop the team so sales and KPI goals are met.
- Coach colleagues so they consistently provide excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain a strong customer-first culture across the store.
- Help protect financial performance by supporting sales, payroll control, shrinkage reduction, and stock availability.
- Support the growth of colleagues into knowledgeable health and wellness advisors.
- Make sure store operations, compliance, EHS, and loss prevention standards remain high.
- Roll out marketing activity and promotional plans accurately and on schedule.
- Manage day-to-day store tasks, rotas, and administration to keep operations running smoothly.
- Take over full Store Manager responsibilities when required during absences.
- Complete the Qualified to Advise training to confidently support customers with informed guidance.
