Role Overview
The hotel is looking to welcome a Chef de Rang or Demi Chef de Rang (m/f/d) who contributes to smooth restaurant service and helps deliver a memorable guest experience.
Working Pattern
This role follows a 4-day workweek. As a full-time team member, you work 4 days and get 3 days off each week, giving you more flexibility to plan your personal time.
Responsibilities
- Keep service operations running smoothly by ensuring tables and work areas are tidy and ready for use.
- Work closely with the team to handle busy periods efficiently, even when many guests arrive at once.
- Support the restaurant’s quality standards and help deliver a service experience that feels special and consistent.
- Bring energy and initiative to the role and help create a memorable “wow” moment for guests.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship in the hospitality or catering field.
- Initial practical experience in the catering business.
- Enjoys working with people and likes making others feel welcome and comfortable.
- Interest in good food and beverages, along with curiosity about new ideas and concepts.
- Personal character and attitude are considered as important as professional background.
