Demand Supply Planner

Role Overview

Asteri Beauty is seeking a Demand Supply Planner to own forecasting and supply planning across channels, categories, accounts, and items. The role focuses on improving forecast quality, supporting inventory health, and helping ensure product availability across the business.

Demand Planning

• Prepare and maintain 12 to 18 month demand forecasts at channel, category, account, and item level, then recommend actions to reach the desired forecast and service targets.
• Lead the monthly IBP/S&OP forecast review and participate in cross-functional discussions with finance, marketing, supply chain, and sales to align demand assumptions with business plans.
• Review historical sales performance, market movements, and promotional activity to understand category and item performance, and reflect those insights in base demand, promotional forecasting, event planning, and weekly or monthly performance reviews.
• Investigate forecast differences, identify the underlying reasons, and put corrective measures in place to improve forecast accuracy.

Supply Planning

• Define ideal stock levels by location while factoring in supply response time and all relevant lead times.
• Support stock availability across locations, including inbound warehouse replenishment from suppliers, outbound store replenishment, and outbound sell-in to B2B customers.
• Track inventory levels and prepare stock liquidation recommendations to reduce overstock risk by location.
• Coordinate novelty and new product supply planning closely with New Product Development and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of demand planning experience in Beauty or FMCG industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Working knowledge of forecasting tools, forecasting methods, and industry best practices, along with awareness of financial and operational effects on stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving capability, and data-led decision making, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong English language skills.
