About the Role
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland (CCEP) is responsible for bottling and distributing Coca-Cola branded products across Germany. For the Berlin headquarters, the company is looking for a Demand Planner to join the Planning team and help shape reliable, high-quality demand planning across the business.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate and refine the rolling sales forecast across the business unit and packaging groups, and translate the results into clear, practical recommendations.
- Guide and support Supply Planners to strengthen the full planning chain and build long-term sales and demand forecasts.
- Review and manage key performance indicators, evaluate the product portfolio, and prepare strategic input for Key Account Management and Business Development.
- Maintain strong data quality through master data checks and support planning for new products with a focus on reducing risk and avoiding out-of-stocks.

Additional Information
The position should be filled as soon as possible. It requires presence at the Berlin office for three days per week and up to 25% travel willingness.
Profile
- Completed university degree or completed commercial vocational training with relevant experience.
- Several years of experience in controlling, sales, planning, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of customers, business processes, and end-to-end flows.
- Experience in sales planning, statistical analysis, and monitoring.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
