Job description

About the Role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland (CCEP) is responsible for bottling and distributing Coca-Cola branded products across Germany. For the Berlin headquarters, the company is looking for a Demand Planner to join the Planning team and help shape reliable, high-quality demand planning across the business.

The role is open to candidates of any gender and welcomes a wide range of professional backgrounds. What matters most is your motivation, your personality, and your ability to contribute to a diverse team.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and refine the rolling sales forecast across the business unit and packaging groups, and translate the results into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Guide and support Supply Planners to strengthen the full planning chain and build long-term sales and demand forecasts.
  • Review and manage key performance indicators, evaluate the product portfolio, and prepare strategic input for Key Account Management and Business Development.
  • Maintain strong data quality through master data checks and support planning for new products with a focus on reducing risk and avoiding out-of-stocks.

What We Are Looking For

The employer values varied career paths and encourages applications even if not every requirement is met. A relevant background in business planning, supply chain, sales, or controlling is especially helpful, along with strong analytical ability and clear communication in German and English.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours and dependable scheduling to help balance work and family life.
  • Employee share program with a free bonus share for each share purchased and held for 12 months.
  • Support for your professional growth through networking events and development programs such as Cross-Mentoring and WeLead.

Additional Information

The position should be filled as soon as possible. It requires presence at the Berlin office for three days per week and up to 25% travel willingness.

Profile

  • Completed university degree or completed commercial vocational training with relevant experience.
  • Several years of experience in controlling, sales, planning, or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of customers, business processes, and end-to-end flows.
  • Experience in sales planning, statistical analysis, and monitoring.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
