Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Demand Planner position in Dubai. The role focuses on building and keeping reliable demand forecasts across Nabati’s product range by analyzing historical sales, market movement, and feedback from sales and marketing teams. You will continuously refine demand plans, track forecast performance, and adapt projections when demand shifts or supply limitations arise.

What you will do

  • Create, maintain, and improve demand forecasts for the assigned product portfolio.
  • Use historical sales patterns, market trends, and commercial input to shape forecast assumptions.
  • Review forecast accuracy regularly and update plans based on actual demand and supply conditions.
  • Work with production, supply chain, and commercial functions to support production planning and inventory balance.
  • Help maintain service level objectives while reducing the risk of stock shortages or surplus inventory.
  • Prepare recurring reports and analysis on demand planning performance and trends.
  • Take part in S&OP and demand review discussions, contributing insights and recommendations.
  • Identify corrective actions when demand changes or supply constraints affect the plan.

Required profile

  • Hands-on experience in demand planning and forecasting, with the ability to turn data into practical plans.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with large data sets in spreadsheets or planning systems.
  • Understanding of production planning and coordination with supply chain or operations teams.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with sales, marketing, finance, and operations stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Background in FMCG or food manufacturing is considered a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to ERP platforms and demand planning or forecasting tools is beneficial.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform well in time-sensitive situations.

Eligibility

Applicants should be qualified professionals with a background aligned to demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or related business/engineering fields. Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing will be especially useful.
