Applegreen is hiring a Bakewell Manager for its Cork North Ring Road site in Cork, County Cork, Ireland. In this front-line position, you will help keep daily deli operations running smoothly while contributing to a team-focused, customer-friendly environment. The company is looking for someone who can make a positive impact each day and build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
What you will do
- Take charge of day-to-day Bakewell operations and make sure company expectations are met across food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Lead the team on site, including hiring support, training, rota planning, and performance oversight.
- Keep food hygiene and overall cleanliness at a high standard while following health, safety, and sanitation rules.
- Help grow sales and work toward achieving set sales goals.
Experience and fit
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position. You should bring a positive, proactive approach, communicate well, and enjoy dealing with customers.
