Job description
About Tradeweb
Tradeweb is a leading global platform for electronic trading across multiple asset classes. Its technology helps financial markets operate more efficiently by supporting large-scale, multi-asset trading worldwide. The firm works with more than 3,000 clients across over 85 countries, including major banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, corporations, and wealth managers.
Driven by collaboration and a strong client-first approach, Tradeweb has continued to expand organically. Over the past four fiscal quarters, the company has handled an average daily trading volume of more than $2.8 trillion, including more than $3.3 trillion in the first quarter of 2026. Since its IPO in 2019, the company has completed four acquisitions, doubled revenue, and achieved 26 straight years of record revenue in 2025.
Tradeweb is also helping reshape market structure by creating new trading protocols, integrating analytics into execution, and building the technology foundation that supports the convergence of traditional and digitally native financial markets. The company has been recognized in 2025 by Forbes as one of America’s Best Companies and by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Financial Services Companies to Work For.

- Coordinate successful implementation of product enhancements and new dealer onboarding, covering kickoff meetings, configuration, testing, and coordination with technical and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch.
- Set clear expectations with dealers and help resolve first- and second-line API and product implementation questions.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with dealers by regularly engaging with the community and identifying ways to improve collaboration.
- Approach issues with a solutions mindset, review logs to support troubleshooting, escalate technical matters when needed, and manage dealer communications throughout the process.
