This position calls for experienced professionals who can work with limited supervision and interact confidently with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the APJ Deal Desk Lead by analyzing management information and offering commercially useful input.
- Assist Sales teams in reviewing and approving deal structures, legal terms, pricing, and quotations so that all arrangements align with company policies and guidelines.

- Deliver a high standard of service to internal stakeholders such as Premium Deal Partners, Sales, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.
- Own requests from start to finish and ensure a strong customer-service experience throughout the process.
- Review and structure opportunities, quotes, and orders with accuracy.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the sales process, business objectives, and product portfolio to support fast and accurate quote-to-invoice execution.
- Prepare weekly and quarterly forecast reports accurately and on schedule.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or a SaaS environment.
- Strong working knowledge of quoting, deal desk, and order management practices and procedures.
- Clear understanding of quote-to-invoice responsibilities and the wider Q2I workflow.
- Exposure to working directly with customers on contracts or collaborating with sales professionals is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and apply revenue recognition concepts, including ASC 606.
- Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to explain solutions clearly and practically.
- Sound commercial judgment and business awareness.
- Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and a thorough working style.
