Role summary
This is a full-time remote opening for a Data Partnerships Lead supporting a client’s data ecosystem strategy from anywhere in the world. The position centers on building high-value partnerships that expand product capabilities and support revenue growth through data monetization.
What you will do
- Source and assess prospective data partners that can strengthen the platform’s data network and improve model quality.
- Lead negotiations and finalization of data licensing deals while keeping commercial goals and compliance needs in mind.
- Partner with engineering teams to bring external data sources into existing pipelines and platform workflows.
- Track partnership outcomes, evaluate performance, and suggest ways to improve or scale the relationships.
- Coordinate closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure every partnership follows applicable regulations and internal standards.
Skills and qualifications needed
- Hands-on experience structuring and negotiating data licensing or data partnership agreements, ideally in tech or AI-focused companies.
- Solid understanding of data monetization models and the underlying data infrastructure.
- Ability to work with data analysis tools and methods to measure partnership value and business impact.
- Comfort managing cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, and legal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of data privacy requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.
