Role Summary
The role of Data & Insights Coordinator involves delivering precise and insightful data analysis to empower the Digital Marketing & CRM team. This position supports the Head of Digital & CRM and collaborates closely with specialists in Paid Social, Performance, CRM, and UX, ensuring data integrity and providing performance insights for decision-making across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their analytics career seeking practical experience in a global luxury fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and evaluate performance metrics across major digital channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, CRM/Email, and Affiliate marketing using platforms like GA4, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Create and update performance dashboards in Looker Studio to offer clear and timely visualization of trends.
- Develop and refine recurring reports utilizing advanced Excel functionalities such as pivot tables and formulas.
- Analyze key indicators including conversion rates, average order value, customer lifecycle behaviors, and product performance.
- Verify and audit data from internal systems and external agencies to detect discrepancies or anomalies.
- Assist in data reconciliation among various platforms and help clarify differences in attribution.
- Use website analytics tools such as GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify opportunities for optimization and A/B testing.
- Serve as the data liaison for digital marketing and e-commerce departments.
- Support customer segmentation and customer insights for CRM initiatives.
- Present complex data in an understandable and actionable format to non-technical audiences.
- Drive continuous improvement in report quality and data utilization across teams.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and luxury fashion sectors.
- Explore and experiment with AI technologies and automated workflows to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Apply or develop foundational Python programming for data processing and efficiency gains.
- Contribute to advancing best practices in data storytelling and insight communication.
- Manage product feed optimization to maintain data accuracy aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with external agencies regarding reporting and data inquiries.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc analysis requests from marketing teams.
- Assist with the development of new dashboards, reports, and frameworks for insights.
- Provide general analytical and administrative assistance as required.
Profile & Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in data analysis, analytics, or digital marketing, including internships.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as GA4, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and the ability to confidently work with data.
- Talent for translating raw data into actionable insights.
- Organizational skills suitable for managing various reporting cycles and urgent requests.
- Strong collaboration skills and ease working cross-functionally and with agency partners.
- A proactive and hands-on approach with a strong willingness to learn.
- Interest in digital marketing trends, e-commerce, and customer behavioral analysis.
- Experience or exposure to Looker Studio, Power BI, Python, or AI tools considered an advantage.
