Role Overview

Glass Meadows Inc. is seeking a junior-level Data Insights Analyst in Australia for a full-time, on-site position. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring data, spotting meaningful patterns, and turning findings into practical recommendations that help shape business strategy and day-to-day decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, structure, and examine information from a range of business systems and sources.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that make insights easy to understand.
  • Spot patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities through detailed analysis.
  • Check data for accuracy, clean datasets, and carry out quality control tasks.
  • Track KPIs and other business performance measures regularly.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting and analysis needs.
  • Share findings and recommendations that support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts using data-backed analysis.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of data analysis, statistics, and reporting methods.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL is preferred.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus.
  • Good analytical judgment with careful attention to detail.
  • Solid problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
  • Comfort working with large datasets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
