What You’ll Do

You will work remotely to help maintain homeschooling-related information within the Scoolendar platform. This includes entering, updating, and keeping records accurate so families and internal teammates can use the system easily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain schedules, activities, and progress records accurately in the platform.
  • Review submitted information to make sure it is complete and usable.
  • Fix minor mistakes or inconsistencies in records.
  • Organise data so it remains easy to access and understand.
  • Answer straightforward questions from users when needed.
  • Identify issues that require follow-up and escalate them appropriately.
  • Assist with basic administrative work connected to data organisation.
  • Coordinate with the team using online tools and manage tasks independently.
