About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control, this role is central to managing aircraft maintenance documentation, records, and flight log information. It focuses on technical records administration and broader aircraft airworthiness support, while working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to strengthen processes and drive ongoing improvements.
Key Duties
- Keep aircraft maintenance records, technical files, and data platforms organised and up to date.
- Check that all records and documentation are accurate, current, and aligned with regulatory standards.
- Prepare precise reports and complete aircraft work packs within required timeframes.
- Assist maintenance activities by preparing work packs and maintaining reliable data entry and control.
- Work with engineering teams and contribute to reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
- Enter aircraft hours and landings into Winair.
About You
You are someone who works carefully and methodically, with previous exposure to aviation maintenance or technical records work. You are comfortable operating in a structured environment where compliance and accuracy are essential.
Requirements
- Previous experience in aviation maintenance, maintenance control, or technical documentation.
- Sound knowledge of aviation terminology, technical records, and regulatory obligations.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Good planning and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage several priorities at once.
- Capability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team setting.
- Clear communication, practical problem-solving skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office and document management tools.
