Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Merchandising team. This role is unique as it is integrated within the merchandising department, focusing on linking performance data with brand storytelling and fashion positioning. Reporting to the Director of Editorial & Merchandising Strategy, you will be responsible for consolidating data from various channels, analyzing performance from a merchandising and content perspective, and providing clear, actionable insights to guide real-time strategic adjustments. Your contributions will directly influence product placement, content linking, image optimization, copy refinement, and ultimately, traffic and conversion rates.
