Role Overview
The Analyst, Data & Insights role involves partnering broadly with teams to analyze data and uncover meaningful insights that enhance business decision-making and improve human-centered services. The position focuses on building and maintaining data dashboards primarily using SQL and Tableau, supporting stakeholders with analytics, and presenting findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain intuitive, dependable dashboards tracking critical performance metrics using SQL and Tableau.
- Analyze data to provide clarity on operational status and root causes across the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers, operations, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
- Tackle real-world business challenges through detailed analysis and storytelling.
- Design new reports and enhance existing ones to promote self-service analytics capabilities for operations teams.
- Remain informed about product and business changes to assess data implications for new features and procedures.
- Ensure all analytics practices comply with Mable’s privacy and security standards.
- Foster a collaborative culture of feedback and continuous learning within the analytics team.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, proven to deliver practical insights.
- Proficient in SQL with ability to manipulate and structure data effectively.
- Experienced with Tableau or equivalent visualization tools to create impactful dashboards.
- Capable of communicating complex technical concepts in an accessible manner to non-technical audiences.
- Enjoys problem-solving in ambiguous and fluid environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling influence across teams without formal authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python, especially PySpark, and experience with Databricks platform.
- Exposure to machine learning projects or collaboration with data science teams.
- Knowledge of Git or experience with version control in a data-focused context.
