Role Overview
We are seeking an on-site, client-facing Cybersecurity Consultant / Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This position is designed for a professional who can blend commercial awareness with cybersecurity knowledge and strong communication skills to support business growth.
The role is best suited to someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, pre-sales, business development, or consulting. It is not a pure technical implementation position, and it is also not a broad general sales job. Instead, it requires a consultative approach to cybersecurity services.
What You Will Do
You will spend time engaging directly with clients, joining meetings, identifying cybersecurity needs, explaining relevant services in a clear way, qualifying potential opportunities, following up with prospects, maintaining CRM updates, and helping move the sales pipeline forward.
The role involves supporting the sales process for cybersecurity offerings such as SOC, GRC, VAPT, compliance, and advisory services.
Candidate Profile
The right person should feel confident speaking with clients, asking thoughtful questions, uncovering business requirements, and contributing to the sales cycle in a professional and structured manner.
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, pre-sales, business development, or consulting
- Experience in selling or supporting cybersecurity or IT services is required
- Should have a technical foundation or working understanding of cybersecurity
- Must be comfortable attending meetings in person with clients
- Strong verbal communication and follow-up abilities are essential
- Must be comfortable working toward monthly sales targets and keeping pipeline information updated
- Prior use of HubSpot or another CRM platform is preferred
- Arabic and English communication skills are required
- Experience in the Saudi market or with enterprise clients is an advantage
