About the Program
ACAP (AdventX Cybersecurity Career Accelerator Program) is a structured initiative built to close the gap between classroom knowledge and job-ready cybersecurity capabilities. It is designed to support students and professionals with practical exposure, career direction, and industry-relevant learning.
AdventX works with colleges, training partners, and industry specialists to create scalable pathways into cybersecurity careers. As ACAP grows across institutions and student groups, the team is seeking motivated sales interns who can promote Cyber GRC training courses, build connections with colleges and learners, and help convert interest into registrations.
Role Overview
This position is ideal for a self-driven and target-focused person who can engage with colleges, students, and training institutions to promote Cyber GRC training courses. The role is performance-based and involves identifying leads, starting conversations, explaining program value, nurturing interest, and completing the sales process through student registrations.

Location: Qatar
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to colleges, students, training institutes, and student communities to build a steady pipeline of prospects.
- Make outbound calls, follow up with interested contacts, and clearly explain the program to potential leads.
- Identify, filter, and qualify student and institutional leads for the Cyber GRC training courses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with college representatives, placement teams, and student groups.
- Keep prospect information organized and follow up in a structured and timely manner.
- Represent the training program professionally in conversations with students and educational institutions.
- Work toward weekly and monthly student registration goals.
- Record lead details in AdventX CRM and monitor call activity, conversion rates, and follow-up progress.
- Share regular updates and performance reports.
Performance Expectations
Evaluation will be based on communication quality, discipline, consistency, the number of qualified leads generated, and the number of student registrations achieved. Candidates who meet the required benchmarks may receive performance-based commission.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken communication in both Arabic and English
- Confidence in speaking with students and college staff
- Understanding of education, career guidance, or cybersecurity training programs
- Goal-oriented approach with a willingness to learn quickly
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, Google Sheets, and calling tools
Education and Eligibility
Open to freshers, graduates, and final-year BBA or MBA students. Prior exposure to sales, student counseling, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
