About the Role

This position sits within SAP’s Customer Experience (CX) presales organization in Riyadh Region. The role focuses on helping customers understand and adopt SAP CX solutions, with an emphasis on Commerce, Sales, Service, and Emarsys. It supports the full customer journey from opportunity discovery through post-sale engagement, while helping customers extend their existing SAP CX landscape to unlock more value for the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a CX subject-matter resource for the CX Solution Advisor team and support questions related to SAP CX offerings.
  • Use strong product knowledge to assist with new sales motions and solution adoption for strategic customers.
  • Deliver both standard and tailored demonstrations that clearly show the business value of SAP CX solutions.
  • Support account teams by presenting CX capabilities, qualifying opportunities, and helping drive adoption and usage.
  • Review qualification signals and decide where further pursuit and investment make sense.
  • Build credibility as a CX advisor within the account team and help sharpen account strategy.
  • Work with internal teams to define customer themes, differentiation points, and winning narratives.
  • Run detailed dry-runs and preparation sessions for major deals and key customer meetings.
  • Hand off opportunities smoothly to implementation partners and services teams after the sale.
  • Keep engaging customers to reinforce the SAP CX vision and support renewal readiness.
  • Use digital content, demos, presentations, and other sales assets throughout the customer engagement.

What You Bring

  • Experience working in large software or IT organizations, ideally in a CX-focused environment.
  • Strong background in CX products and processes, or 10+ years of relevant experience with SAP CX solutions.
  • Working understanding of CX cloud solutions, hosted services, and SaaS/PaaS models in a B2B setting.
  • Recognized knowledge of CX solutions and industry use cases within SAP.
  • Ability to craft clear, engaging customer narratives and themes.
  • Skill in understanding customer business goals quickly and aligning recommendations to those goals.
  • High energy, ownership, and confidence in customer-facing conversations.
