About Us

Remotown GmbH is establishing a premier network of talented individuals from Africa to fill remote positions with companies based in the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and the Middle East. We are currently expanding our pool of professionals for Customer Success and Client Support roles, aiming to connect experienced individuals with future international opportunities in startups, SaaS companies, agencies, and rapidly growing global teams. What We’re Looking For

We are searching for dedicated, customer-focused professionals who excel at fostering strong client relationships, providing outstanding support, and ensuring customer success with products and services. Ideal Candidate Profile

You might be a great fit if you possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer support, customer success, client relations, or account management.
  • Previous experience interacting with international clients or collaborating with remote teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • A highly organized approach with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • The capacity to manage multiple client interactions and tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM or support platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar.
  • Comfort and adaptability in fast-paced remote work environments.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Background in customer onboarding or retention strategies.
  • Skills in technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing support via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Understanding of key customer success metrics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
