Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-focused Arabic Customer Support Specialist to join a remote team and provide prompt, professional assistance to Arabic-speaking customers. The position involves handling queries across multiple channels, resolving issues efficiently, and helping ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Fluency in Arabic, strong problem-solving ability, and careful attention to detail are key to doing well in this role.

Customer Communication

  • Reply to customer questions through email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and in English when needed.
  • Share clear and accurate details about products, services, and related processes.
  • Keep communication polite, professional, and empathetic at all times.

Issue Resolution

  • Support customers in troubleshooting and fixing common problems.
  • Work through the root cause of an issue and help customers follow the right solution path.
  • Pass complex or sensitive matters to the right internal team when required.

Case Management

  • Record every customer interaction in the CRM or support platform.
  • Monitor open cases and follow up to make sure they are resolved on time.
  • Keep customer information accurate, current, and well organized.

Quality and Service Standards

  • Make sure responses follow the company’s communication and quality guidelines.
  • Address complaints with professionalism, patience, and understanding.
  • Help improve service by spotting repeated issues and patterns.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as needed.
  • Stay informed about product updates, policies, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and spoken Arabic, along with good English ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first approach with empathy and patience.
  • Ability to manage several tasks in a busy environment.
  • Comfort with basic computer use and digital support tools.
  • Good problem-solving ability and careful attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
