Role Overview

We are looking for a careful and service-minded Arabic-speaking customer support specialist to work remotely. The position focuses on giving prompt, professional assistance to customers, resolving issues effectively, and helping ensure a consistently positive experience. This role is important to customer satisfaction and supports the company’s overall growth.

Customer Communication

  • Reply to customer questions in Arabic by email, chat, or phone, and use English when needed.
  • Share clear and accurate information about products, services, and internal processes.
  • Keep communication professional, clear, and empathetic at all times.

Issue Resolution

  • Help customers troubleshoot common problems and work toward practical solutions.
  • Determine the likely cause of an issue and walk customers through the next steps.
  • Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive matters to the right internal team.

Case Management

  • Record all interactions in CRM or other support tools.
  • Monitor open tickets and follow up to make sure cases are resolved on time.
  • Keep customer records accurate, complete, and current.

Quality and Service Standards

  • Make sure responses follow the company’s quality and communication standards.
  • Handle complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Help improve service by spotting repeated issues and common customer pain points.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
  • Take part in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and spoken Arabic, along with good English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to manage several tasks in a busy environment.
  • Comfort using basic computer tools and digital platforms.
  • Solid problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently from a remote setup.
