Company Overview

Elevent supports organizations in finding, booking, and organizing memorable events that help engage employees and customers. The company handles coordination, logistics, and details so event organizers can stay focused on the experience itself.

Role Summary

This is a full-time Customer Support Representative position based on an 8:00 am to 4:30 pm ET schedule. The role follows a hybrid setup with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely. It also includes a Workbar membership. While the role is centered on account management, it also contributes to sales and operations activities across the business.

Key Duties

  • Deliver prompt, high-quality support to clients through email, live chat, and inbound or outbound phone calls.
  • Develop and sustain trusted relationships with assigned customers.
  • Take a consultative approach by proactively discussing future needs with clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure services are delivered smoothly.
  • Spot opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Address client concerns and conflicts effectively while maintaining a strong level of customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The company is looking for someone who communicates clearly, learns quickly, and enjoys solving problems. The role suits a person who is comfortable working through ambiguity, can manage several priorities at once, stays highly organized, and pays close attention to detail. A confident phone manner and a natural, conversational writing style are important. The ability to work with people from different backgrounds and think critically is also valued.

Experience and Tools

Previous experience in customer service is required. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM platform is expected. Experience supporting or planning virtual and/or in-person events is considered an advantage, as is knowledge of video conferencing tools, though a willingness to learn is also welcomed.

Work Arrangement and Benefits

This position is hybrid, with 2 days in office and 3 days remote. The shift runs from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm ET. A Workbar membership is included.
