Job description
Role overview
Google’s Education organization works to improve learning and teaching for K-12 and higher education institutions across the world by bringing Google’s tools and technology into classrooms and campuses at scale. In this position, you will own strategy and execution for customer success programs that support global adoption and growth of Google’s education offerings.
This opportunity may also be based at the Playa Vista, CA campus. When you apply, you can indicate a preferred work location from several U.S. options, including Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, Mountain View, New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
What you will do
You will partner closely with regional Workspace and AI specialists as well as Digital Transformation Managers to support product adoption, renewals, product transitions, and broader customer lifecycle work. The role is highly cross-functional and has a direct influence on how educators and students experience Google’s education products.
Required background
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, at least 5 years of program or project management experience, and 5 years of experience leading work across multiple functions or teams. The role also requires experience using SQL and internal data platforms to query datasets and tables.
Preferred background
Additional strengths include formal program management certification or comparable experience in a technology company, stakeholder management experience, familiarity with Google AI, Workspace, and ChromeOS in education, and the ability to gather and analyze data for decision-making. Candidates who can build programs and services for very large user bases and who are motivated by learning and education will be especially well aligned.
Compensation and benefits
Pay is determined by factors such as role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In the U.S., the base salary range is $136,000 to $197,000 annually, with a 15% bonus target plus additional bonus, equity, and benefits.
Equal opportunity and accommodations
Google is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics, consistent with applicable law. The company also considers applicants with criminal histories in line with legal requirements and provides accommodations for candidates with disabilities or special needs upon request.
Fair chance hiring notice
For applicants in Los Angeles County, qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.

The role focuses on driving adoption across Google’s education portfolio, with particular emphasis on Workspace for Education and Gemini/AI.
