Overview
H2O Digital Marketing is hiring an experienced Client Success Manager to support a growing book of clients across paid social and paid search programs. The agency serves local retail businesses, multi-location franchise brands, mid-sized B2B companies, and national brands in a range of industries. Role Summary
This is a fully remote, full-time position for a motivated self-starter with a background in account management, client success, or performance marketing within digital marketing. The person in this role will oversee multiple client accounts and serve as a key coordinator between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Serve as the primary contact for account-related communication, including monthly meetings, client updates, coordination of marketing assets, and onboarding.
- Keep the internal team informed about upcoming campaigns and client needs.
- Create and manage project planning resources, schedules, and campaign workflow documentation.
- Prepare monthly reporting, review performance data, and share insights and recommendations.
- Monitor monthly advertising budgets across campaigns.
- Work closely with production, performance, and senior leadership teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a client service role.
- Previous experience in an agency setting handling multiple accounts.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to analyze metrics and turn them into clear reports and recommendations.
- Working familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Monday.
- Proven ability to develop productive relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience resolving client issues effectively and calmly.
- Highly detail-oriented and self-directed.
- Comfortable managing several clients in a fast-moving environment.
- Post-secondary education is required.
- Experience in a digital agency environment is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
