Role overview
This position is for a commercially focused Customer Success and Delivery Manager who will oversee the complete journey of government and enterprise accounts across the APAC region. The role blends customer success, account development, programme execution, and operational coordination.
Working from Singapore, you will help clients realize measurable outcomes from cybersecurity training and cyber range offerings while also supporting renewals, account expansion, and long-term growth. The role involves regular collaboration with government bodies, large enterprises, and regional partners across APAC.
Customer success and account management
- Serve as the main contact and a trusted advisor for a portfolio of government and enterprise customers.
- Lead client onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing success initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at different seniority levels, including senior leaders and CISOs.
- Run regular business reviews and monitor account health proactively.
- Manage renewals, expansion opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell activity.
Programme delivery
- Take ownership of the full delivery cycle for cybersecurity training programmes and related engagements.
- Coordinate instructors, learning content, logistics, and client-side stakeholders.
- Track timelines, risks, milestones, and overall project outcomes across several parallel engagements.
- Provide clear progress reporting and maintain a strong client experience throughout delivery.
Operations and coordination
- Assist with contract processes, invoicing, procurement, and engagement administration.
- Keep reporting, forecasts, and account records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with finance, delivery, product, and leadership teams.
- Continuously refine workflows, playbooks, and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
What you need to succeed
The role calls for at least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, Programme Management, or Client Delivery. You should have a demonstrated track record of managing customer relationships and delivering commercial growth. Strong project coordination, organization, stakeholder handling, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be based in Singapore, have the legal right to work there, and be willing to travel within APAC.
Preferred background
Experience in cybersecurity, technology, training, education, or professional services will be an advantage. Familiarity with Singapore public-sector procurement processes such as GeBIZ, as well as SkillsFuture/SSG programmes, is also preferred. Prior work with government agencies, enterprise clients, and channel partners across APAC would be highly relevant.
