About the role
Join a fast-scaling AI-led advertising company that is changing how Google Shopping and digital ad campaigns are managed. In this customer success position, you will be central to helping clients achieve strong results with the platform and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the journey.
What you'll do
- Support customers from the moment they join, guiding them through the early stages of adoption.
- Create success plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs.
- Review campaign performance and identify ways to improve outcomes.
- Deliver onboarding sessions and training to help customers use the platform effectively.
- Run regular account check-ins and weekly reviews to track progress.
- Provide strategic advice and act as the main advocate for the customer.
- Work to improve retention, growth, and measurable business results.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with customers.
- Background in customer success, account management, or digital marketing is preferred.
- A consultative and proactive approach to client relationships.
- Comfort analysing campaign results and turning insights into action.
- Experience with onboarding, training, and account review processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Gainsight, or Salesforce.
- Exposure to Google Shopping or AI-based platforms would be a plus.
Additional information
The role is mainly remote, with expectation to spend 1-2 days each week in the Central London office. This is a high-impact opportunity within a passionate, fast-growing team where customer success is a shared priority and you can contribute from day one.
