Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Munich for a Customer Success Manager focused on enterprise accounts. The position is centered on building durable client relationships, improving customer outcomes, and contributing to a fast-moving growth environment. It comes with a high degree of independence, direct access to leadership, and the chance to help define internal processes.

Compensation includes a competitive salary along with an equity stake.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for enterprise customers and own their satisfaction and retention.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and implementation so they reach value quickly and adopt the product smoothly.
  • Represent customer needs in discussions around product direction and roadmap planning.
  • Help customers realize measurable improvements such as cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training, guidance, and best-practice support to drive product adoption.
  • Partner closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to bring customer feedback into the business.
  • Take ownership of new initiatives and operational processes with the expectation of creating lasting impact.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, SaaS, B2B, or consulting.
  • Strong communication ability, including confidence when speaking with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Good analytical thinking with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics clearly.
  • Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (C1).
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Munich and travel occasionally to customer locations.
  • Exposure to construction, supply chain, or trades-related environments is considered an advantage.
