About Your New Job

As a Customer Success Manager, you will build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring a seamless customer journey and maximum satisfaction. You will drive retention and growth through strategic account management, regular reviews, and cross/upselling activities. Support onboarding, manage account health, and resolve client queries by collaborating across teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and more). Serve as the customer's advocate, collating feedback and sharing feature requests with Product and Development. Deliver system analysis and insightful reporting on account performance, lifecycle, and engagement. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Success. You’ll enjoy autonomy and make a visible impact on ID-Pal’s success, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What Skills You Need

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship roles (ideally in SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or Tech). Proven success in client retention/growth and experience dealing with Director/C-Level stakeholders. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with comfort in a data-driven role. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work towards KPIs and targets. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Monday.com preferred). Based in Dublin for hybrid flexibility, or remote within Ireland/UK.
