Role overview
SportsKey is hiring a Customer Success Manager to report directly to the Head of Customer Success. This is a full-time position based in a hybrid setup, with three days each week spent in the Dublin office. The role is expected to begin as soon as possible, and compensation will be aligned to experience.

What the role involves
As the Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of an assigned portfolio of customers across the full lifecycle. Your work will include onboarding new clients, encouraging product adoption, spotting opportunities for account expansion, and managing renewals from start to finish. You will serve as the main contact for your accounts, develop trusted relationships, and help ensure customers consistently realise value from the platform.
- Guide new customers through a clear and well-structured onboarding process so they are set up for long-term success.
- Proactively strengthen account usage and uncover expansion opportunities while acting as a reliable advisor to customers.
- Manage renewals independently, including forecasting, handling risks, and supporting account growth year after year.
- Represent customer needs internally by feeding insights to the Product team to help inform the roadmap.
- Support customer service channels when required and help maintain a consistently strong experience across the team.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or another customer-facing role.
- Prior SaaS experience is preferred.
- A strong history of managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving retention or growth goals.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Comfort working across several priorities in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.
