About The Role

WarriorBabe is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Success Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is crucial for guiding and inspiring women on their fitness journeys, leveraging deep knowledge of WarriorBabe products, particularly the VIP Program. You will be the primary point of contact for new VIP clients, ensuring a client-centric experience during onboarding and beyond. Your responsibilities will include fostering client engagement, identifying opportunities for program renewals and upgrades, and acting as a bridge between onboarding, coaching, and long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Support coach-client assignments during the welcome call cadence for new VIP clients.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding the program and onboarding via email, phone, and text.
  • Collaborate with the internal WarriorBabe team to address and resolve client issues and escalations.
  • Proactively identify clients who could benefit from additional WarriorBabe programs or services and facilitate warm handoffs.
  • Contribute to client retention by helping clients stay engaged, overcome challenges, and maintain progress.
  • Support renewal and ascension efforts by identifying opportunities for clients to deepen their engagement within the WarriorBabe ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Extensive customer service background with 3-5+ years of experience, preferably in client success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Mandatory Position Requirements

  • Availability to work evening hours (until 9pm PST/12am EST) Monday through Friday and Saturday availability (7am-3pm PST/10am-6pm EST).
  • Attendance at the monthly All Hands Meeting on the first Tuesday of each month.
  • Participation in weekly customer support and operations meetings and customer success team huddles.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly compensation starting at $28.00, with potential for growth based on performance.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses tied to client retention, renewals, and success outcomes.
  • Full-time remote position with flexible scheduling.
