  • 5% staff discount.
  • Long service leave.
  • Birthday leave, giving you an extra paid day off to celebrate or relax.

About you

  • You consistently provide excellent customer service and care about every interaction.
  • You notice what needs doing and take action without waiting to be asked.
  • You work hard, stay dependable, and maintain high standards.
  • You communicate clearly, are approachable, and can engage well with both customers and colleagues.
  • You enjoy being busy and can handle a fast-paced setting.
  • You are open to working across different parts of the store.
  • You take responsibility, show initiative, and look for ways to improve how things are done.

About the store

New World Te Atatū is being built on strong foundations as a fresh, full-service supermarket with well-stocked departments, appealing displays, and a reputation for reliability. The team is being carefully formed around people who take ownership, care about customers and one another, and want to help build a high-performing store from day one. This is intended to be more than just a job; it is a chance to be part of a store you can be proud of.
