Key responsibilities

Qualifications

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, along with strong spoken and written communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable working on their own in a remote setup, have basic computer skills, pay close attention to detail, and maintain a dependable internet connection. A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.

Preferred experience

Experience working remotely, exposure to CRM tools, and prior support experience through email or chat are considered advantageous.

Compensation

Pay is offered at $28 to $35 per hour, with estimated annual earnings between $58,000 and $72,000.
