Role Overview

The company is hiring a customer-oriented, well-organized Customer Service Representative to serve as the main contact for clients. This person will help customers plan, coordinate, and enjoy their travel journey from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle questions from customers by phone, email, and social media in a prompt and professional way.
  • Support clients with arranging travel products such as flights, accommodation, vacation packages, and excursions.
  • Address customer concerns and work toward positive solutions.
  • Keep client information and booking records accurate and up to date.
  • Offer travel suggestions and guidance based on each client’s needs.
  • Check in with clients before and after their trips to help ensure a positive experience.
  • Work closely with teammates to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Some prior experience in customer service is required; experience in the travel sector is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication along with good people skills.
  • Solid ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with computers, reservation tools, and social media platforms.
  • Genuine interest in travel and in helping others.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with travel booking systems such as Expedia or Amadeus.
  • Experience in sales or recommending additional services.
  • Ability to manage several tasks in a busy, fast-moving setting.
