Customer Service Representative

Role overview

KennCo Insurance is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join its customer service team in Rathfarnham, South Dublin. This position focuses on supporting policyholders directly, handling policy-related questions, renewal discussions, mid-term policy changes, and other insurance service enquiries. The role is well suited to someone looking to build hands-on experience in customer care, retention, and policy administration.

The compensation range for this role is €30,000 to €35,000.

What you will do

• Work across all areas of personal lines, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and post-sale customer queries.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and maintain a professional, helpful approach.
• Help retain existing business and contribute toward renewal retention goals.
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the relevant relay systems.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service.
• Handle administrative tasks with accuracy and close attention to detail.

Skills and experience required

• Strong organisational ability, with good judgment for prioritising day-to-day work.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Able to perform well in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Clear communication and effective negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, positive, and motivated attitude.
• Minimum APA qualification.
