Job Overview
This position is for a Customer Service Representative who will act as the primary contact for customers. The role focuses on answering questions, handling concerns, and delivering a courteous, efficient experience through email, live chat, and phone support.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions across email, chat, and phone while maintaining a prompt and professional approach.
- Address complaints, requests, and service concerns with care, precision, and empathy.
- Keep accurate records of customer conversations and actions in CRM software.
- Pass more complex matters to senior support staff or management when required.
- Explain products or services in a clear and confident manner.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to help improve service quality and overall experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth and timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification is needed; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support, customer service, or another client-facing position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfort working in a busy environment and managing several tasks at once.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and active listening skills.
Preferred Skills
- Background in customer experience or customer success is an advantage.
- Ability to speak more than one language is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Prior experience in remote support or digital customer service environments is helpful.
