About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer questions across phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Address complaints, service concerns, and general issues by identifying practical and effective resolutions.
  • Share correct details about products, services, company policies, and procedures.
  • Complete customer service transactions such as requests, account changes, orders, returns, and related updates.
  • Keep detailed and accurate logs of customer conversations, feedback, and case outcomes in company systems.
  • Work with other internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer matters.
  • Follow up with customers when needed to confirm resolution and support positive relationships.
  • Consistently meet service benchmarks, productivity expectations, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • A high school diploma, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, along with the ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively.
  • A calm, patient, and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organizational ability and the capacity to manage multiple customer needs at once.
  • Careful attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • A customer-first mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
