Key responsibilities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You should be comfortable using basic computer tools, paying close attention to detail, and maintaining a reliable internet connection. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred background

  • Prior experience working remotely.

Compensation

This role pays $28 to $35 per hour. Based on the stated range, estimated yearly earnings are approximately $58,000 to $72,000.
