About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, office-based position involves managing client interactions, coordinating internal and external communications, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries via WhatsApp.
  • Greet clients and arrange appointments and meetings.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and scheduled appointments.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between clients and internal departments.
  • Offer administrative assistance and generate necessary reports.

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is necessary.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and coordination is expected.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Candidates must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi.
