About the role
This position is for a Customer Service Associate supporting Bengali-speaking customers for a fish-selling brand. The role is centered on creating a smooth service experience, resolving customer concerns quickly, and maintaining strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable support.
What you will do
- Handle customer conversations in Bengali, both verbally and in writing, to answer questions and close issues efficiently.
- Share product details and guide customers through the buying journey.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams so that concerns are communicated and resolved without delays.
- Keep customer interaction and transaction details accurately recorded in the database.
- Work with teammates to improve service workflows and day-to-day support processes.
- Stay current on the company’s products and services so the information shared with customers remains correct and useful.
- Represent the company positively by delivering consistent service and building trust with customers.
Eligibility
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience. Strong Bengali communication skills are essential.
Other requirements
- The candidate should have good knowledge of fishes, since the business is a fish-selling brand.
Compensation and work details
