Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries by voice and provide accurate, timely solutions
  • Maintain a consistently professional approach in all interactions
  • Manage escalated issues calmly, tactfully, and with professionalism

Requirements

  • Advanced command of English
  • Completion of at least 10+2 schooling
  • Availability for a full-time schedule
  • Ability to provide documents such as education certificates, PAN card, Aadhaar card, and experience letters if relevant
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Good empathy and the ability to understand customer concerns
  • Willingness to work entirely from the Bengaluru office, without remote or hybrid flexibility

Preferred profile

  • Prior experience in call centers or customer service is an advantage, though training will be provided
  • Comfort with switching between multiple browser tabs
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows and web-based tools, or a willingness to learn them quickly
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative workplace

Additional information

This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru, India. Graduation is not required for this position.
