Job Purpose

The role is focused on driving branch performance across the region by executing business plans, improving market coverage, ensuring compliance, and building a motivated, productive sales team.

Key Accountabilities

Execute regional business strategy effectively

  • Create and implement branch-wise action plans using market insights to meet business goals.
  • Make sure targets are clearly communicated and understood by every team member.
  • Review performance regularly and recommend course corrections whenever needed.
  • Inspire and guide team members to deliver on business outcomes.
  • Ensure that each branch has adequate manpower with the right quality of resources.

Identify new opportunities and expand presence in underpenetrated markets

  • Collect and use market intelligence from the assigned geography.
  • Design and put into action strategies to capture available market potential.
  • Support recruitment of advisors in locations with untapped opportunity.
  • Strengthen brand visibility in underserved areas to support future growth.

Build profitable, compliant, and sustainable business
