To support continued growth, the team is looking for an engaged Customer Experience Specialist (m/w/d) to start on 15.07.2026, or by mutual agreement. The position is a one-year fixed-term contract.
If you enjoy regular contact with customers, like coordinating work across several teams, and want to develop in a fast-moving environment that pushes you beyond your comfort zone every day, this could be a strong fit.
What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers in Germany.
- Create tailored product assortments and order plans for each customer so employees receive the items they prefer.
- Support the coordination of deliveries and installations, and help resolve customer issues quickly and pragmatically.
- Contribute to exciting projects such as launching new menus and products, and communicate these updates clearly and persuasively to customers.
- Support the commercial and operational teams with additional tasks related to a successful rollout of the concept in Germany.
What you bring
- Fluency in German and ideally good English skills.
- A residence in Germany, as remote work is only possible within Germany.
- Ideally, prior experience in customer care or customer support.
- A proactive, independent, flexible approach and the ability to find solutions even in challenging situations.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work on your own responsibility.
