The role is in English and sits within a customer-focused support team that assists shoppers with online orders, account access, identity checks, security-related concerns, and general service queries. The position is intended for someone who can be the first human touchpoint for customer help and contribute to a high-standard support experience.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will manage customer interactions across phone, chat, and email, using multiple tools to locate information and resolve issues in real time. You may need to support account security, identity verification, and the early detection of fraud or suspicious activity. Reliability, punctuality, and full attendance throughout each shift are essential.
Work environment
The position is office-based. Most of the shift will be spent at a desk while assisting customers remotely. The workplace is described as climate-controlled, and business casual clothing is appropriate.
Training and support
No previous customer service background is required. Training is provided when you join, along with a complete equipment package. Ongoing learning opportunities, self-directed and instructor-led training, employee support programs, and resource groups are part of the overall support structure.
Benefits and perks
The role includes medical insurance, site transportation allowance, night shift premium pay, a meal allowance of ₹1,100 per month, retail and lifestyle discounts through an internal benefits program, and office conveniences such as 24/7 food and beverage options, a games room, and private spaces for prayer, lactation, and quiet time.

A screenshot of your face may also be captured and stored for internal records and continued verification. Candidates seeking disability-related accommodation during application, interview, or onboarding can use the designated support page mentioned by the employer.
