Job description
Role overview
In this position, you will manage Non-Delivery Report (NDR) cases by reaching out to customers, diagnosing why deliveries failed, and working closely with operations to get issues resolved quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Make a large number of outbound calls to follow up on NDR cases.
- Investigate delivery failures such as wrong addresses, unreachable recipients, and requests for rescheduling.
- Work with operations and delivery teams to arrange fast re-attempts.
- Drive NDR cases to closure within the required turnaround time.
- Keep call logs accurate and stay on track with daily performance goals.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in BPO or calling roles is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong spoken communication and persuasion abilities are needed.
- You should be comfortable working under pressure and achieving targets.
- Working knowledge of Excel and CRM tools is expected.
- This position is performance-oriented and target-based.
