  • Provide support and maintain operations across multiple client portals, currently eight, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established protocols.
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, identify root causes, and either fix approved in-scope problems or escalate them as necessary.
  • Conduct data cleansing, import, validation, deduplication, and ongoing maintenance activities following established procedures and rules.
  • Validate completed tasks to confirm accuracy, expected functionality, and compliance with defined standards prior to release or handover.
  • Uphold consistency across all client portals by adhering to approved naming conventions, build methodologies, system architectures, and governance mandates.
  • Document all completed work, any identified issues, and pertinent implementation details to facilitate continuity, transparency, and smooth handoffs.
  • Identify requests or changes that pose a risk or necessitate governance, architectural, integration, or release approvals, and escalate them accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Clayton HubSpot Services leadership and support teams to ensure the accurate and efficient execution of approved tasks.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate business requirements into precise specifications.
  • Be comfortable operating within a structured, governed system with clearly defined parameters.
  • Exhibit clear and effective written communication skills.
  • Be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects and time-sensitive tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
  • Show aptitude for identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.
  • Be willing to travel within the U.S. for collaboration with colleagues, attendance at industry events, or professional development workshops.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year institution is preferred. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, systems and user support, and data management. Prior experience within the HubSpot ecosystem is advantageous.
