Chipotle is hiring Crew Members in Sioux Falls, SD to help deliver a fast-casual dining experience centered on real food, strong service, and a welcoming atmosphere. What you’ll do
Team members are trained to work across multiple restaurant stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role focuses on preparing food by hand, supporting smooth restaurant operations, and creating a friendly guest experience. Depending on the shift and business needs, you may also assist with other front-of-house or kitchen tasks.
Training and growth
No prior restaurant experience is required. Chipotle provides training designed to help you become comfortable working at different stations and build a path for advancement. The company notes that more than 80% of its managers were promoted from the crew level.
