Role Overview
This is a fully remote contract opportunity for a creator talent manager to support the growth, monetization, and business development of a roster of social media creators. The role is commission-based with no base salary, so earnings are directly tied to performance and deal volume. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to organize your own working hours.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee creator portfolios and help influencers expand their audience and increase their earning potential.
- Identify promising new creators and bring them into the talent roster.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brands and agencies to secure campaign opportunities for talent.
- Work with internal teams to support overall strategy and help grow the agency’s creator base.
- Operate independently in a fast-moving environment while managing your own schedule from anywhere.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should already understand major social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, be comfortable negotiating, and be prepared to work hard in a self-directed role. Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, sales, or marketing agencies is an advantage.
