Agentur Triebfeder is a video production company founded in 2009 and operating across Germany. The business focuses on bringing stories about people and companies to life through modern, impactful visual storytelling.
The team develops creative projects from the first concept through to post-production. With a 14-person team, the company values enthusiasm, professionalism, and continuous improvement in both creative work and internal operations.
Role overview
The company is looking for a strategically minded person who can connect sales with concept development. In this position, you will guide incoming project opportunities from the first idea to closure, advise clients on equal footing, and develop tailored video and social media solutions that create real value.
Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the strategic and commercial handling of new project inquiries. After an initial screening, you will lead expert-level discussions with prospective clients, assess their needs, and design suitable video or social media solutions.
Your work will include preparing briefings, proposals, and early conceptual guidelines, then supporting projects after approval through the final strategy phase, concept development, and script or video script creation.
During production and post-production, your involvement will become lighter, and you will then return for project wrap-up and client handover with an eye on potential follow-up work.
Requirements
You should have experience in sales, consulting, or account management within an agency, media, or marketing environment. Familiarity with video content, social media content, and campaign logic is important, along with an understanding of how to sell creative solutions effectively.
The role requires strategic thinking, the ability to structure complex requirements, and confident communication with decision-makers. You should work independently, understand customer needs well, and have a strong interest in current marketing and social media trends.

Compensation
The base annual salary starts at €40,000 and depends on experience and profile. In addition, there is a performance-based variable bonus component.
