Key responsibilities
- Set creative marketing direction and drive execution in line with user acquisition and revenue growth targets.
- Lead the ideation, refinement, and oversight of ad concepts and creative materials across several products and campaigns.
- Supervise, coach, and grow a team of creative professionals, including designers and creative marketing specialists.
- Organize creative production processes so work is delivered on time, meets quality expectations, and runs efficiently.
- Work closely with user acquisition teams to align creative plans with performance marketing objectives.
- Create and improve testing systems for creative experimentation, using performance data to raise campaign impact.
- Track creative performance, share practical recommendations, and support ongoing optimization efforts.
- Encourage a collaborative, accountable team culture through coaching, feedback, and development activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience leading a creative marketing team, including the management and development of multiple direct reports.
- Solid knowledge of performance marketing and how creative assets support customer acquisition.
- Ability to develop, launch, and improve marketing campaigns that deliver strong results.
- Hands-on experience with structured creative testing and performance optimization methods.
- Strong leadership, project coordination, and prioritization abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect creative work to business goals and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organization and the ability to perform well in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
- Professional English ability at B2 level or above.
